- Essential Utilities: For move-in/out cleanings, it's crucial that the home has both electricity and water available. These utilities are necessary for us to effectively clean the premises. We kindly request that you ensure these services are set up and functional before our scheduled appointment. In case we arrive and find that the home lacks either electricity or water, we will have to reschedule the cleaning and a fee of $25 will apply.
- Empty Home Requirement: Prior to our arrival, please ensure that the home is completely empty. If any trash or belongings are left behind, we can take care of it for an additional charge.
- Communication about Left-Behind Items: If you have unintentionally left items behind in the home, please inform us before our scheduled cleaning. We understand that some items might hold personal value to you, and we want to avoid mistakenly disposing of them.
- Purposefully Left Items: If you intentionally left items behind in the home, kindly inform us about their location prior to our visit. This way, we will know to leave those items undisturbed. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any items discarded during our cleaning process.
Please note: Garage cleaning is an additional charge.
